We act as a facilitator and intermediary — we do not hold title to any listed property.

3. RERA Compliance

We operate in compliance with the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 (RERA). Clients are advised to independently verify RERA registration of any project, carpet area, possession timelines, and other project details before making any purchase decision.

Star Properties makes no warranties or representations regarding completeness or reliability of any property information, prices, or availability. Property details are subject to change without notice. Independent verification is strongly recommended before any financial commitment.

5. Appointment Bookings

• Appointments are subject to availability and confirmation within 2 working hours.
• Appointments are complimentary and do not obligate you to engage our paid services.
• Star Properties reserves the right to reschedule or cancel appointments with prior notice.

6. Bank Loan Assistance

Loan approval, interest rates, and tenure are determined solely by the lending institution. Star Properties does not guarantee loan approval. Bank processing fees, if any, are the borrower's sole responsibility.

7. Brokerage and Fees

Brokerage fees and service charges will be communicated in writing before any transaction. All fees are subject to applicable GST as per prevailing rates.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website is the property of Star Properties and is protected under Indian copyright laws. Unauthorised reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited.

9. Prohibited Uses

• Using this website for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable law.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Delhi, India, or may be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
